«Песни цыганской дороги» это яркое путешествие сквозь музыкальные традиции Восточной Европы, где русские романсы, цыганские и еврейские песни, виртуозная игра на семиструнной гитаре и танцевальные мотивы превращаются в живой рассказ о любви, свободе, радости и тоске.
Это не просто концерт - это вечер, наполненный настоящими эмоциями, мастерством выдающихся музыкантов и удивительной атмосферой, в которой каждая мелодия становится личной.

Вадим Колпаков - один из самых известных исполнителей цыганской музыки в мире, виртуоз русской семиструнной гитары, певец, танцор и актёр. Бывший солист легендарного московского театра «Ромэн», племянник и ученик выдающегося цыганского гитариста, Александра Колпакова. Вадим выступал на крупнейших концертных сценах Европы, Азии и Америки, сотрудничая с Мадонной, Евгением Гудзем (Gogol Bordello), Николаeм Сличенко и многими другими выдающимися артистами.
Олег Тимофеев - музыковед, исполнитель и один из главных хранителей традиции семиструнной гитары. Благодаря его исследованиям и концертной деятельности этот уникальный инструмент вновь занял достойное место на мировой сцене. Он записал более двадцати альбомов, отмеченных высокой оценкой критиков, и является лауреатом престижных грантов IREX и Fulbright, а также премии Ноя Гринберга.
Антон Белов - баритон с глубоким, выразительным голосом, выпускник Julliard School of Music и лауреат международных вокальных конкурсов. Его исполнение сочетает академическое мастерство, эмоциональную искренность и редкую сценическую харизму.
Алина Назаревич - певица, танцовщица и хранительница цыганских традиций. Основательница знаменитого киевского ансамбля «Рома», Алина более двадцати лет представляла подлинное искусство цыганской песни и танца на международных сценах, завоевав вместе с коллективом Гран-при Международного фестиваля цыганской музыки.
«Песни цыганской дороги» - это музыка, которая передавалась из поколения в поколение, звучала у костра, на сценах больших театров и в семейных домах. В этот вечер она прозвучит для вас - искренне, вдохновенно и без границ.

For the first time in Toronto, the Zingaresca Ensemble (USA) presents its new programSongs of the Romani (Gypsy) Road.
There is music that knows no borders. It is born on the road, carries the memory of generations, and speaks a language understood by everyone. The Zingaresca Ensemble has carefully gathered exactly such pieces in this program.
Songs of the Romani (Gypsy) Road is a vivid journey through the musical traditions of Eastern Europe, where Russian romances, Romani and Jewish songs, virtuoso seven‑string guitar, and dance motifs come together to form a living story about love, freedom, joy, and longing.
This is not just a concert - it is an evening filled with genuine emotion, masterful performance, and an atmosphere in which every melody feels personal.
World‑class artists on stage:
Vadim Kolpakov - one of the most renowned performers of Romani music in the world, a virtuoso of the Russian seven‑string guitar, singer, dancer, and actor. Former soloist of the legendary Moscow theater Romen, nephew and student of the great Romani guitarist Alexander Kolpakov. Vadim has performed on major stages across Europe, Asia, and America, collaborating with Madonna, Eugene Hütz (Gogol Bordello), Nikolai Slichenko, and many other outstanding artists.
Oleg Timofeyev — musicologist, performer, and one of the leading guardians of the seven‑string guitar tradition. Thanks to his research and concert work, this unique instrument has regained its rightful place on the world stage. He has recorded more than twenty critically acclaimed albums and is a recipient of prestigious IREX and Fulbright grants, as well as the Noah Greenberg Award.
Anton Belov — a baritone with a deep, expressive voice, graduate of the Juilliard School of Music and winner of international vocal competitions. His performance combines academic mastery, emotional sincerity, and rare stage charisma.
Alina Nazarevich — singer, dancer, and keeper of Romani traditions. Founder of the renowned Kyiv ensemble Roma, Alina has represented authentic Romani song and dance on international stages for more than twenty years, earning the Grand Prix of the International Festival of Romani Music with her ensemble.
Songs of the Romani (Gypsy) Road is music passed down through generations — heard by the campfire, on grand theater stages, and in family homes. On this evening, it will be performed for you — sincerely, passionately, and without borders.
