About the venue
Global Kingdom Ministries is a Christian church and community gathering place on Markham Road in Scarborough. The present site grew from a congregation with a long local history and an emphasis on community and children's ministry. Events here take place within that church setting, bringing audiences into a space shaped by worship, connection and shared activity.
A gathering at Global Kingdom takes place within a community whose everyday activities extend beyond the stage. The congregation's emphasis on connection and children's ministry gives the venue a family and community context, while visiting events bring additional voices and audiences into that environment. Its Scarborough location also provides a destination for programmes outside the downtown entertainment district, allowing a cultural occasion to sit within the life of a local church.
