About the venue

Online brings performances, talks and other programmes to you through a digital connection rather than a physical auditorium. This listing groups events intended to be attended remotely, making it possible to take part without travelling to a venue. Your event confirmation provides the relevant access link, platform and joining time; the format and level of audience participation depend on the organiser.

The digital format allows a programme to reach people without asking them to travel to a common destination. The shared experience comes from joining at the arranged time and following the same performance, talk or activity, while the organiser decides how interaction works. This directory record represents that online access rather than a building; the event's platform and joining instructions take the place of directions to an auditorium or meeting room.
