REBEL Nightclub

About the venue

REBEL is an entertainment complex at the edge of Lake Ontario in Toronto. Its venue design combines a live-performance stage with extensive lighting, video and sound installations, creating a setting built around concerts and nightlife. The complex also contains separate event spaces, so individual listings are the best guide to the room, format and admission requirements for a visit. Its main room combines a 65-foot stage with LED video walls, while a terrace looks out across Lake Ontario, connecting the entertainment environment with the waterfront beyond it.

Large-scale video, lighting and sound are woven into the venue's design, making visual presentation part of the entertainment rather than simply a backdrop. The main room's substantial stage and the complex's waterfront views give events a strong sense of place, while separate spaces allow different programmes to have their own identity. For audiences, REBEL's appeal is the combination of live performance, nightlife energy and an environment designed to evolve around the event.
