About the venue
Richmond Green Sports Centre and Park is Richmond Hill's largest park, combining outdoor surroundings with a major recreation and event setting. Its Elgin Mills Road location gives gatherings a different character from an indoor downtown theatre. For festivals or performances here, the individual event details identify the particular building or outdoor area and the arrangements for arrival.
The size and variety of Richmond Green allow events to draw on a broader recreation setting rather than one fixed performance room. The park's outdoor character can become part of a festival or public gathering, while the sports-centre identity connects the site with everyday community use. For visitors, the destination combines the space of a major municipal park with the social energy of a scheduled event, making the chosen area an essential part of the experience.
