Calvin Presbyterian Church

About the venue

Calvin Presbyterian Church is a community church on Delisle Avenue near Yonge and St. Clair in Toronto. Its sanctuary hosts concerts and other events, while the building also supports community meetings and the Toronto Children's Chorus. The combination of worship and musical activity gives performances here a setting rooted in local cultural and community life.

The sanctuary's use for concerts gives musical programmes a place within a building also devoted to worship and community meetings. Its association with the Toronto Children's Chorus adds another connection to the city's performing life. For audiences, the church offers a setting where music is part of an ongoing local community rather than an isolated event, with the Delisle Avenue address providing a neighbourhood destination near a major Toronto intersection.
